Student Education records are maintained and kept in the Enrollment Services. All requests to review education records must be made in writing. Please submit a written request identifying the records you wish to review. The request should be delivered or sent to: Madison Area Technical College, Enrollment Services, 1701 Wright Street, Madison, WI  53704. Review may be immediate, but it may take up to 45 days if the files are not accessible. If photocopies of records are requested, fees for copies are charged at the same rate as copies made by the college library. 

Records placed on hold for individual indebtedness to the college are not released until cleared of the obligation. No personally identifiable information from college records is disclosed by the college without each student's prior written consent, except when prior written consent is not required by the Family Education Rights and Privacy act of 1974 (FERPA).
